The Four-Step Process

From Concept to Completion

Initial Consult and Site Visit 

The first step will be a site visit to discuss your wants and needs and get an understanding of what is important to you. 

Design & Selections 

We will then sit down and have a design meeting with the architect to put your dream home on paper. You will also meet with the designer to make selections for materials and finishes. 

Quote & Costing Presentation 

Once we have the plans and selections, we can go ahead and put together a comprehensive quote for your construction. This will be presented to you in detail. 

Council Approvals & Construction Commencement 

The required documents for your council approvals will be submitted for assessment. Once approvals are received, we can then set a date for your construction to commence. Our team will work closely with you during the construction process to ensure all questions are answered and any changes you require can be made.
